We used DES Electrical to install an entire home backup generator and transfer switch. They delivered on all they promised in an efficient timeline. Pricing was not the cheapest quoted, but it was still very competitive. Still, they demonstrated their reliability by following up on quotes and doing various site visits so we felt they were the most deserving of the project. Most importantly, Didiel the owner of DES Electrical was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure all our questions and concerns were addressed. I happened to come across DES Electrical by coincidence.  As I was coming home yesterday, I saw a DES Electrical van parked at the house across the street and took down the number.  I called the number on the van and spoke with the owner of the company.  He was very pleasant and polite.  I told him that I needed to have a bathroom light replaced and if they did that type of work.  He immediately said yes and asked me to send over a picture of the current light and the new light I wanted installed.  He said he would have his technician stop by after he finished the job across the street.  The technician stopped by shortly after as promised.  Alejandro mentioned that he was on his way to the hospital because he had a family member there.  Needless to say, I was shocked and impressed with Alejandro's commitment to his job.  He was very professional and also very polite.  He said this job wouldn't take long and he quickly and correctly finished the job.  I was amazed at his knowledge and attention to detail when installing the light.  I couldn't be happier with my new light.   I also liked that I had the flexibility to pay by Zelle, since I didn't have any cash handy.  I am thankful to DES Electrical for a job well done.
